2. Appraisal of Subject Property 

3. Survey of Subject Property 

4. Environmental Study of Subject Property (not in all cases)

5. Title review and Title Policy

After receiving your application we will provide our preliminary findings on how much we are willing to fund on your application, pending due dilligence reports and approvals. 

Appraisal and Title companies are selected by www.FASTLANDLOANS.com only. New and current certified due diligence reports only. Reports must be provided immediately after application. We will order all reports. Do not order any reports yourself without consulting with us. 

Borrower may select Survey Company and/or Environmental Study company, if required.  If required, simply provide to us the complete contact information of your selected firms and we will coordinate the necessary.  Costs of reports are paid by applicant.
